I installed new set of crossed drilled and slotted rotors. Man, getting the rear calipers to go back on was a bear! Mainly did it for the cosmetics, I like the look. I know the bare front rotor is on the wrong side, I realized it right after taking the photo.

FINALLY got my straight-back exhaust right where I want it both sound-wise and appearance-wise. Turns out aiming the tip changes cabin noise significantly - who'd have guessed? Time to go for a rip...

I wasn't going to have my windows tinted, I figured that there was so little glass to begin with and the visibility (with the top up) is so bad I'd just leave them as is. Well, after a week in the worst of the summer heat I will be dropping it off on my way out of town for a long weekend with the Mrs. When I get home the tint will have properly set so I'll be able to go top-down when I drive to may daughter's across the state on Sunday afternoon.

Here's the funny part. My son owns a window tinting company here in town and it won't cost me a dime! As I usually get my car windows tinted immediately, I think he was a little curious as to why I was waiting.

Took my CMS in for the recall and oil leak. It seems the drain pan has to come out to get to the bad gasket or seal.

Last Saturday we had a Mini Meet as the dealer and they took some of our cars up on the rack and showed us a few things. That's when the oil covered engine mount covered in oil showed up. All under warrenty.

I'm a day behind but I got my car yesterday so I put in my rubber floor mats and installed my Platypus license plate bracket last night when I got home from the dealership. Today I'm going to get my mud flaps installed.

Does hanging fuzzy dice from the mirror count too?

EDIT: Got my front and rear mudflaps installed too!

I removed my stripes, installed my VIP turbo heatshield, black headlight rings and attempted my black grill trim to find out that the bottom was the wrong piece and would not in any way fit :( oh well still a good day for the S. Now hopefully my VIP turbo muffler delete will be here on Monday

Cleaned her and painted her calipers red!

Washed her, buttered her and painted the calipers. Unfortunately, that meant I couldn't driver her!

Thanks to the kind folks on this forum, did my first ever car repair! Door handle from inside wasn't working and used the advice on this thread to fix it: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...wont-work.html
