Trying to install a stereo-speaker-subwoofer setup and after three days of work everything is in and working... Well kinda the sub wolnt turn on. Sooo so so tired of working on this. It's making me cranky lol. The panels on the doors and rear seats were extremely difficult and time consuming.
PRO TIP: (lol I've always wanted to say that) if you ever want to install an aftermarket stereo make sure you have a lot of time and don't need to go anywhere with ought your interior trim panels lol

I found the door panel removal quite easy actually. I totally agree on those rear panels. What a nightmare!

Put air in the rear passenger tire and found a screw in it. I knew it was something like that though cause the TPMS on that side has been going off for a week now. Gonna try and get it plugged. I also checked the oil.

I replaced the passenger side CV Joint and bearing, then replaced all my brake pads, cleaned my lower fan and then waxed the heck out of Lucy! Still need to find a cheap right rear tail light assembly!

You gotta be kidding me...

Drove mine for the first time since we got 6inches of snow before Christmas. Started right up! Then promptly saw the rear wiper blade disintegrate. Then stopped at the parts store only to discover (as you all long ago learned) that you can't BUY a rear blade from a parts store... WTH?

So, since my cradle/bracket is broke, I had to order 2online...

On top of that, I waved at a cute woman in a white S and obliviously ignored me.

Oh well, still love the car... Just can't figure out what the hell is wrong with the wiper manufacturers... Now waiting for my replacements.

I'm a little more DIY-oriented. I modded my stock blade's cradle/bracket/thingie to allow removal of the old, dead wiper and replacement with a refill. All it took was Dremel-ing off the nub at one end to allow the old one to slide out and the new one to slide in.

Most Autozones still have Trico and similar refills hiding in the back. Good luck finding one the right length, but one that's too long can easily be trimmed to length and the cut end re-secured with a little dab of silicone adhesive, and you get two replacements for about $8. That leaves quite a bit of leftover $$ to go to happy hour with.

That might have been an option had my bracket not actually broke, not just the blade... But full replacement was only $8 and $4 to ship, so I bought two. After that I'll go the cheap route and buy a 24 inch blade...

Huh. I thought they were more than that. Still, $4 vs. $12 each is enough for a couple beers....

We got our first mini in November and for Christmas I got my wife a few goodies for her car. Since I'm off this week I decided to install the stuff:

Chrome kit:

Removed the plain justa gas cap and installed the "s" type chrome style, along with a chrome surround to avoid painting:
