What did you do to your mini today?

I didnt so much modify the mini as it was modded by the weather. The ice we had broke the piece off the wiper on the back for the washer to spray and now I have a nipple coming right off the nut that holds the wiper arm on. I had a cop tailgating me at 3 am heading home from work and my window was dirty so when i got to the light and had to wait for green i hit the rear washer and soaked the cruiser behind me. My bad!

I bought it from VIVID RACING. The diffuser is made by 3D Design in Japan. The carbon fiber one ( like I have) runs about $1300. If you can wait about a month, I am going to be selling mine. I have a new body kit and CF diffusers coming from DuelL AG (Japan), so I will no longer have use for mine.

Drop me a PM when you're ready to sell it. I'm not sure what my financial situation is going to look like around that time, but if I can float the cash I'd for sure take it off your hands.

FINALLY got around to putting on my Thule Criterium bike racks. They've been sitting on the garage floor for at least 6 months....
AND while I was at it I used satin black spray paint to black out the OEM roof rack.
The Criterium racks RULE.
I used to have the Yakima FrontLoader and there is NO comparison.
The Thule's are easier to put my bikes on/into.
And they do not hit my spoiler, which on my previous Mini, was damaged by using the Yakima racks.
Stoked.

It's one thing if we're talking a standard style coupe (like my friend's Cobalt SS/TC where the back windshield and tiny little rear side-facing windows are darker than the fronts, but we've got some big honkin' rear windows and two different tint percentages show a contrast that I, personally, just don't like the look of.

I don't have any tint on my MINI, but I like how it looks, especially on a dark colored car.
I have a pickup truck that came with tinted windows. It looked pretty good, but I felt like I couldn't see out of it. I removed all the tint, it really opened up the interior.

Swapped my side marker bulbs for PIAA Xtreme whites. They're crisp but not as bright as my clears that were in there.
Only problem is I broke off the two front tabs on the scuttle on the passenger side. I knew I should have waited for warmer weather. Duct tape for now - can't see it at all with the bonnet closed, but it's time to move on.

I went with 20% all the way around.
