What did you do to your mini today?
Replaced the coolant thermostat/gasket (for the third time!!) and the adjacent
coolant temp sensor - it looks like that was more the source of the slow leak than
the thermo gasket this time. Not to hard on an R50 - take out the airbox, battery,
ecu, and battery box and it's easy to get to.

I change mine every 4500 miles… Like clockwork!
AGR53 - The JCW R56 4 Piston Brembo brake kit looks great on the R53.

I got these for a car that didn't come with HIDs and no projectors, love them. I read they last longer than the Sylvanias, plus Philips is IMO #1 for headlights
As for me, did this in my Mini today:
getting there in the break in
Put Cravenspeed STDs on my R53 before taking a stray cat that I caught to a no kill shelter. Sadly, I needed them because halfway there the cat decided to empty it's bowels in the cage and make the worst stink I had ever smelled, distracting me and I hit a few good bumps. I also got frustrated by a shop telling me that activating my rear fog and OBC could only be done with illegal software and a stolen BMW cable and that they could not do it......fun day. :/

that and the stolen bmw cable, lmfao!!!
I'm not whining though...it was an experience I will not forget and that is what our cars are for....Experimces....even the nasty ones.
Forgot to mention, after the cat shat itself I got detoured by an 18 wheeler that got into a jam at a rural interchange and made me divert an additional 10 miles. ......10 miles of meow, meow, meow and that horrid smell....with windows down and temps in the 30s.

Spent he morning putting three and a half cans of wax undercoat on the underside, behind the rear lights, under the door sills, in the engine bay under the hood, in the doors, tow screw locations, and pretty well any place I could get to with the car 8" off the ground or find a hole. Car stinks now...but at least it won't rust or corrode
