What did you do to your mini today?
I tried to get my MINI JCW sideways after installing the NM (Neuspeed) 22-mm read sway bar yesterday. The transformation in handling is incredible - the car is flat, and understeer is gone. On one of my favorite ramps before installing the bar, I was sawing away at the wheel and hanging on at 45 mph; the first time I tried the ramp with the bar, I hit 53 without even trying. The ride is slightly stiffer on rough roads and the car feels much more planted at "highway" speeds.
In the past, I had no problem finding the handling limits of the car and, in fact, was a little disappointed in the overall handling. In some situations now, I'm at the point of butt-pucker and the car just stays flat and tracks around the curves. For the moment the car is faster than I am, which certainly wasn't the case with the stock setup.
YMMV, but this is the best $260 I've ever spent on a car.

Have had the NM RSB for some time. But just installed Michelin Pilot Super Sports and the first day with them went fast into an off ramp going to work. All I can say is WOW. Have always liked the handling of the roadster but can't wait until I get some coilovers this winter.
I installed the GP2 front undertray in my garage, but when the wind chill got down to 10 degrees, any thoughts of laying on my back under the car to install the rear sway bay and the GP2 rear diffuser went away. The dealer charged me around 2.8 hours for everything, which is probably a couple of hours less than it would have taken me.
I installed a JCW CAI today. Too early to tell if it's any improvement. Locked the flap open to get the sound full time. Guess I did get some improvement as the base filter was pretty bad.
I also tried to install a clear bra........but let's say I'm taking it to a pro...... :(
Did tint the rear side windows and that does look good.

I attended my first MINI event today. MINI of Sterling hosted a "Meet & Greet" this morning, so I met several MINI owners from DC Metro Minis (DCMM). Very nice people! I heard great stories about individual MINI's, the Dragon and other MINI events and, of course the people themselves. Well worth the visit just to meet fellow MINI enthusiasts who view their MINI as more than just a vehicle.
Her new Focus would be prime for one of our TCE Focus Caliper Kits....
A budget minded option: combine a set of Focus ST (12.4") rotors with one of our four or six piston caliper set ups and you have a pretty serious brake kit. Much like the caliper kits for the MINI fit with the 316mm disc.
Exactly the reason I designed it in fact.
