added coolant. The dealer said I probably have a leak since the fan stays on after the ignition is turned off and I've had a couple of instances of temp gauge light on. Will take it in next week to get checked out. I think I'll be adding coolant every day til then.

Anzo LEDS. I helped to develop them for our off road program but since they are so bright and small i figured why not?

some idiot in a pick up truck cut me off on the highway, in the rain, while I was doing maybe 60 in the fast lane (not cool). I layed on my horn, flashed my high beams, and zoomed right around him

I wired up my LEDS and installed a set of HID's, I Seafoamed, did an oil change, trans fluid change and fixed my leaking power steering pump hose. I removed the crappy looking factory stripes on the hood (the Texas sun had taken its toll) and then cleaned all the adhesive residue off the hood.

After all that I digitized the car so i could make some graphics for the side and hood.

And today was slow day! I wont go into all the work i did on the wife's LX 450.

Hint: Put a layer of VersiShield on those new stripes. I did it for mine and they still look new 2yrs later. BTW, how strong do you make your coffee? LOL

Ever had Israeli coffee? Very similar to Turkish coffee...STRONG! I am powered by Monster during the day!

Actually my wife had to fly back east to see her family and i am trying to get everything done for her as a Hanukkah gift.

You know whats funny? after installing the HID conversion i had to aim the light up a bit and thought it was amusing to have to do it based on an arbitrary spot on the ceiling Good thing my shop height is 16 feet!

Man am i having fun with this car! Graphics today. pics later.

I was coming home from a MINI Club Meeting last night when I saw a POS coming up on me a little to fast, so I hung out along side a pick-em up, lights flashed a couple times, but hey...I was motoring, not needing to be anywhere in such a hurry, maybe someone else should learn this lesson!! Oh wait, he never will...until he's in a MINI!!

Reinstalled my roof rack today, I have to pick up a Christmas tree and i doubt it is gonna fit inside. I always used my 87 4runner but I sold it earlier this year. I have the roof rack install down to about 3 minutes total now.
It just doesn't look right to me always on though so I have to remove it when not in use. I did see where the paint is worn a little from one of the mounting point plugs on the roof... I have to track down some good touch up paint this week and take care of it...

Had a screw pulled out of the driver's rear tire.

Luckily it was a very short one (1/2"), and didn't go deep enough into the tread to cause a leak....

C ya,

I installed my Magnaflow catback last night.....it was belowe frezzing in the garage. I had to take it to a shop to get the two bolts that connect to the cat cut off because they were compleatly fused together. It was a real pain to get the hangers into the rubber holders. Its just to tight up under there. I think im starting to like the tips more now that i have them......oh and the sound... it ROCKS
