Took the mini to the audio shop, had two Rockford power series 10s with a Rockford amp wired up. It sounds pretty sweet. I have an appointment for the hertz mids and highs with 4 channel amp wednesday.
Hey does anyone use a smart start ? I was told it's an extra 400 in labor due to my car being a 5 speed.
Sorry for grammar mistakes I did this on the go.
These rigs sound awesome when unshackled from the stock sound. I went with 6" component morel speakers in the front doors and 6x9 in the rear. I also am running a Digital designs 8" sub in the back with a sound stream amp tucked away in the rear panels. Double Din kenwood Powers it all. It's a lot of work to put it in my friends sound shop took all day to do mine and then I had to go back and tweak it later. Worth it though...
Drain and refill the MT oil at 47k miles. The original was still in good shape, looked clean/clear. I'm trying some Redline MTL for the next several thousand.
Performed the two-year brake fluid flush, and reset the service light. I used my BavAuto bleeder for the first time, made it a very easy, one-person job.
Swapped on my summer wheels/tires while I was at it.
Of course, it's now snowing today...welcome to March in Missouri!

Installed a radio AUX jack so I can use my MP-3 player or my phone for tunes, gave her a bath and another coat of wax since we have more freakin snow coming into the nation's capital tonight and tomorrow. So she is all glossed up and ready for snow and salt ugh!!
I debadged mine this weekend too. Initially I left the S on there, but after about 30 minutes of looking at it I decided to remove the S as well. Looks good either way though!
I can't decide whether to debadge my "Justa" or just add an extra O to make it a COOOPER.
