It's definitely possible to remove the scratch, but if it was me I would take it to a professional that knows what they're doing.

How do you burn out your BCM with LED's? There is less amp load on the system than with bulbs.

The T10 bulbs cost ~$8 (for 2) shipped to my door and the Festoon bulbs were ~$4 (for 2) shipped to my door.

The Thrill Of Victory: I finished and drove my Midlands gearbox rebuild.
The Agony Of Defeat (ok, not that bad): I have a vibration and clunking noise in the right side. I think its a driveshaft/cv joint problem that I may have caused in the re-installation.

I am still happy with the fact that my gearbox is shifting through all gears and not making the loud bearing noise it was before I started. I'll get through this process eventually.

Happy Mini Motoring to all.

If you have large chips / bullseye / star type injuries it handles those pretty well as the resin will fill in the areas of crushed glass and when it dries it's practically invisible.

I know how you feel...I have a couple of dents and chips on my door that I need to get repaired. Every time I open my door and see them, I feel really bummed. I hate inconsiderate parkers.
Im very glad to hear this because today on the highway i got hit by a rock and it put a chip in my windshield. I hope it'll help it.

I have another problem now....my drivers side window is not going up, i had opened it and when i went to close it, it like kinda moved a little bit but did not move up at all. I had to pull the window up with my hand while flipping the switch to close it......does this mean something it wrong with the motor?

I dunno ; I put LEDs in my tahoe and my cruise control stopped working. Dealership tore it apart, replaced the bulbs and cruise worked again. Something to do with the resistance.

Theres some other info here, but I dunno.

Otherwise, I ordered my pulley/belt/plugs/tension stop and my belt removal tool.

Now that I did my gas cap and tail light rings. I think
I'm definitely going to do the rest. I think it looks great! I was just a little skeptical to spend that much at first and not know if I would like it!

Stuff I did...

I installed the 16% M7 pulley. Not what I expected for performance increase.
5 psi increase, I thought I'de feel MORE of a pull than It's doing, BUT I'm comparing the difference between my Dodge turbo and that kind of increase.... I KNOW, Apples to Oranges.....
The computer still needs to learn the mod, so HOPES it gets better!!!

Sorry Melangell, missed your message. I made the badge myself, bought the letters from a random website, can't remember the name right now but if you google automotive chrome lettering you will find a bunch of websites that sell them. They came as separate letters.

I spray-painted the R5 black, and the 6 in Red.. seem to be keeping their color for now.

Looks nice! I had an Alcantara steering wheel on a previous 330. Did feel nice, though I was getting concerned about wear after a few years.

Hey, what is that GPS holder you have? It looks to be in the cup holder ... does it get in the way of the shifter? I am looking for a phone holder for my manual Clubman S.

Thanks!

Changed OEM RF tires 195/55/-16 for Continental ExtremeContact DWS 205/55-16. Nice change that gets rid of the hard thumps in the road by softening them, keeps the sharp handling - more noticeable in Sport than OEM, and about as quiet as OEM road noise. I picked up Slime 15 minute repair kit and extra Quick Spare and DynaPlugs. The Kit and Can fit nicely in the right side boot, and the DynaPlug fits with the jack. No spare tire.
