I just ordered Swift lowering springs today, looking to get them installed within the next weeks. on the other hand, I got keyed in 3 different spots KMS
303 fabric cleaner yesterday ( actually, their
replacement product for this, multi surface cleaner),
and 303 fabric guard today to the cloth parts of
the seats (leather/cloth).
they look pretty damn new except for some cracks i
in the leather side bolsters on the driver’s side by
the door.
Installed an AFe Mid Pipe on my 2009 R56S today. I tend to get obsessive about exhaust so I wanted to see what it sounded like with a catless downpipe and midpipe. For now I have the stock resonator and muffler. The front clamp is still loose by the way. I rotated it parallel to the ground before tightening.

Nice
Is there a reason you had it welded to the OEM mid-pipe instead of using the clamps?
No reason not to other than I didn't want to use two clamps and an adapter when I didn't have to. OCD maybe? I'll probably run the longest Dynomax race bullet for a resonator and I'll clamp that in to make replacement and temporary removal easier.
now I can't attach picures...lol
it's been one after another problem with my sign in...can't start thread just don't have the icon and now can't post pictures. WTF.

Yeah, I haven't been pleased with the new forum updates either... but, I also haven't had the issues you seem to be having.
I let my 2005 Mini Cooper Base sit on jack stands for the second week in a row due to transmission issues. Just rebuilt CVT replaced belt, gears, and seals and still having issues. If anyone has any ideas or helpful tips or knows an expert please let me know. Also got my new oil pan seal in the mail so looking to change that tomorrow.

Do you know about the CVT rebuild thread here on NAM? You should post there for help. Let me know if you need a link to it. It will take me a bit to find it, but I have subscribed to it as we have a CVT in our ‘04.
I am using my Samsung tab A and chrome. So Android
it has gotten worse to be on this site, I don't know what changes has been made but definitely not happy about it. I can use my iOS but it's been the same...it takes me 2 or 3 times to hit the submit to heaven post.

Got up early to do a valve cover change. Disconnected everything as needed. Some of the wire harness clips were quite stubborn. Took out coil packs as needed. Then ......
Realized I HAVE THE WRONG VALVE COVER!
Although the auction description stated that it worked with a base 2009 Justa, further research shows that it was for S models only. The cover is actually quite different.
I recently noticed a small coolant leak where the expansion tank (back firewall) connects to the coolant hose leading toward the drive side of the bay. It has a single 16mm tension clamp on it that appears to have gone weak. Or the hose is just old.
Cleaned up the area, slid over the clamp and pulled the hose off of the expansion tank. Removed the tension clamp and added a 16mm screw/worm hose clamp back into place. Connected the hose and tightened the new clamp.
Took him for a test drive and all appears to be well now. For now…
I've got a 2009 R56 fJCW and want to get the Mario RPM Stage 2 tune done so this past weekend was time to get ready.
AEM cold air intake
AEM functional hood scoop
AEM strut brace
ALTA turbo inlet
GFB DV+
NM charge pipe
NM discharge pipe
NM torque arm insert
Wagner competition clone intercooler
Since I had planned to drop the bumper, I decided to install a pair of iJDMTOY halo fog lights with LED fogs. Coupled with the new Spyder F56 style HIDs....wow, I look like a damned spaceship now. LOL
It was a long, tough weekend but I'm really pleased with the progress and can't wait to get Mario's catless DP and RPM tune installed hopefully in two weeks.

Took Egan out for a nice highway cruise to a very nice ice cream shop an hour away from home, and then stopped at Total Wine for a very specific Gin that my fiancée absolutely loves, and can only find it there.*
On the way though, I got Egan washed at one of the local gas stations, and unfortunately one of the things that is attached to the drying fans hit my stubby antenna, and broke it. So I guess I’ll now be in the market for a new antenna, and cover, so maybe I’ll see if I can find a shark fin type setup, so I can be totally minimalist.*
