What did you do to your mini today?
While waiting for my window motor. Decided to install powerflex bushing lower engine mount. I gotta say. Love the way the car feels and i don’t see any touch vibrations. I think it made the vibrations better. Maybe because my old mount was it’s way out.
I have the vip engine stabilize with a brand new stock hydraulic engine mount & Powerflex trans mount as well

Replaced the battery on my 2012 MCS.
I just got the MINI a couple of months ago, only 36k miles when I got it, so I was surprised the battery died. It had the original factory battery, or so I think. I also jumped my neighbor's car last week, wondering if that sped up the battery dying.
After changing the battery most of my windshield cowl weatherstripping broke off so I have my next project lined up.

That's what I'm thinking although when I got the pressure test done to find out where the leak was from they told me the housing was cracked. ????? Go figure. But then again they also wanted almost $800 to fix it. LOL! Not a chance. Housing, thermostat, and gasket delivered to my door were CDN$60. Another $25 for a jug of coolant and I did buy some hose clamp pliers because I got tired of fighting the one clamp that kept slipping off. $25.
So for $110 and a couple of hours it's done and I still have 690 bucks in my pocket and some new pliers lol.

Oil Change-5w30 Mobil 1 full synthetic. Oil Filter-BMW. Cleaned and re-oiled my NM Engineering Intake Filter. Rotated tires.
Vacuumed inside. Wiped everything down with McGuires Plastic stuff. used to use 303, thought Id give McG's a try. Seems to hang on the exterior plastics better for sure.
