I'm assuming you got the Innovate wideband kit from them too. Did you have to have a spare bung welded on your exhaust, or does the kit have a simulated narrowband output for the ECM?

Well it was actually yesterday, but I traded Merlin the hardtop for a new build. Awaiting the production number from my MA. Cue Carly Simon’s “Anticipation.”
Bonked my head on the rear hatch putting something in the boot; ordered and replaced the rear struts. Can't imagine the difference $22 off Amazon makes in that sucker; probably doing the bonnet next. Hopefully no more cartoon knots.
Replaced by rusted out exhaust. The damn nuts the resonator were rusted to hell. One twisted off . The other nut would not budge. So I had to cut it off . I'm glade I ordered new nuts an bolts from Outmotoring . Awesome service.
Man I wish manufacturers would use antisieze on the bolts. Would make life a whole lot easier.

I'm disappointed that we haven't gotten any real amounts of snow this season. I wanted to justify my purchase of a FWD car!
MINIs do great in the snow and even better with 4 wheel snow tires. Until I bought my daughter’s Wrangler, my MINI was my go-to-skiing machine... Albert, however, is new and is being babied and won’t see the salt of winter if I can help it. But, MINIs are great in any condition. There must be some twisties around you to play on... Motor on!
Finally tackled the control arm bushings. We figure it’s easier to take off both axels to get access to the ball joint bolts. Those need replacing anyway.

Nice! It is pretty straightforward. And removing the axles is the way to go to reach the top bolts. Do it all at the same time. Very cool.
Thought I would take the Wife’s MINI to the car wash to get the road grime and salt off it. Should have known better, but I was being lazy. I usually run a hose up out of the basement where I can hook it to hot water and I do a warm water wash and rinse. When I got home from the car wash I found that the “impact blaster” water guns at the car wash “removed” the lens off the 3rd brake light. This turned into being the world’s most expensive car wash as that light is $100-ish to replace... I thought about going back but it is one of those places with no attendant and signs that say “not responsible for damage”... Just pay and go. To add insult to injury, it was a crappy wash which left a ton of water spots. It looks as bad as it did before I went there.
Fortunately for me the MINI dealer is close, the light was in stock and I have already replaced it.
A little warm weather heading our way near Akron, Ohio.....got the R50 off it’s rollers and out of the garage. Lots of MOTD prep work completed over the winter.......doing a little shack down drive today and this weekend!
Grumpy was the happy recipient of a new windshield yesterday. Apparently all the clips for the lower trim were broken and it was glued on with an insane amount of adhesive. Installer managed to get it off without destroying it and reinstalled it with a minimum of adhesive so it should come off easily to install proper clips.
New GPlus intercooler from eBay....New aFe drop in filter last night, new tires Monday. Still have new plugs and forge noise maker delete coming, then I should be all prepped for my trip to the Dragon on the 29th this month.
Replaced the factory suspension with some Megan Racing bits. New coilovers and adjustable rear control arms. I'm waiting on some 5mm spacers and then it'll be getting a mild alignment.
Found the top of my passenger side shock cracked, could explain the clunking.

unfortunately no,they would need to be in way worse condition to be noisy, your probably looking at some combination of inner/outer balljoints and and the rear control arm bushing
