Tucson Road trip
Taking my MCCS on a road trip from Lansing, MI to Tucson AZ starting Sat May 8. Looking for waves long the way all along I-69, I-70, I-44, I-40 and I-25 - no time for twisties strictly highway as I have some deadlines to meet.
In Tucson I'll need a good car wash and a great steak - Any suggestions for either?
I see there is a Mini club (M.A.D.M.E.N. (Motoring And Dining Mini Enthusiasts Network), in Tucson. Any members have recommendations?
Thanks
Dennis

I don't live in Tucson but visit occasionally (although I might not *look* sufficiently legal so perhaps I'll reconsider). Anyway, really liked Cafe Poca Cosa for food. My memory is of some excellent if a bit pricey margaritas and perhaps as a result, my memory for other things is less clear.
I've always liked the Wason's Peak hike, although at the end as you get back to the car, it can seem just a tad bit too long (going down kills my knees).
