Thanks man! I'm sure it's been done to death already but I want to do a high contrast look. Any suggestions on how to keep my original chrome pieces but turn them into a glossy black? Thinking of turning my orange bits into white/clear as well if possible.

The scuttles can be replaced in clear through "Outmotoring.com" I have done it and its much better than the "egg yolks". The front signal lights are already done I see. The fender flares....I've seen European replacements that are clear and snap right into the current spots. I think though depending on the state, that there has to be amber lights to denote turn signals. Better check with your states regulations before totally eliminating the amber. You can get, though, the European chrome light bulbs that burn yellow. Check "Coopersport.com" for those. Chrome to gloss black.........paint them.
Lurking future member here; PW/CR JCW Clubman ordered back in November, should be somewhere in production right now. I notice that many folks request a particular number when they join, and I bet that most of those have a special meaning or story behind them. A few are mentioned with the request; anybody else care to share the special significance of your number?
I'll start by requesting #957 - which is the serial number of my other "go fast" machine:
Liking the other "go fast" machine ....the MINI is ok too
I was out hangin' around a former Navy landing strip where Super storm Sandy "storm damaged" cars are being stored until auction. Lighting was pretty cool...
