^^^ Ahhhh. Thought you may have been the year they DID offer black Bridge Spokes. I got lucky - I work in a high school and our auto tech shop kids powder coated mine. They could only do one at a time (thankfully they're my winter wheels) so it took 2 months, but I only paid for the powder.

Well, mine's a 2010, so they were offered. However, the original owner didn't option him that way! I prefer any black-roofed MINI with black wheels as well.
So, I don't understand. How do you join this club? Is it NAM only? I don't see it listed in their clubs directory. Does just putting a badge in your sig make you a member? Still somewhat new here so I've not figured everything out yet. Thanks!
Yeah, pretty much the extent of this club is to come and claim a number, post pics and in general share why Pepper White is the best color ever! Easy peasy!
Question for you PW guys... is it impossible to keep the boot from getting spotty after rain? It is really bad sometimes and I just have OCD and keep washing the car. Is there anything I can do so the boot doesn't capture so many spots?

It's called "the dirty bum" and we're all familiar with it. The only way to prevent it is to leave it parked in your garage.
Keep the hose and your bucket close at hand.
Sorry,

I've thought that this has more to do with the aerodynamics of the car. It's flat in the back, so more turbulence is possible back there, causing more dirt and exhaust solids to form on the back. Plausible?

Thats exactly what happens. I think its worse on "S" cars and even more so on the R53 since they had a tendency to run fairly rich from the factory.

Bingo. Most flat-back hatchbacks have this kind of issue; ask any VW Golf owner and you'll find they are driven crazy by it too.
