R53 - Top of Rear Shock Accessible from Interior?

Hello all,

I just installed a set of coilovers with adjustable dampening via a **** on top of the strut. They came with a set of cable adjusting-**** extenders, I'm assuming they were meant to pass through interior trim pieces to easily adjust on the fly. My question is: If I pull the rear interior trim, can I access the top of the strut, cut a hole interior trim and reinstall it?

This could be a time saver, thanks!

No, you'll also have to drill a small hole in the body for the adjuster, too.
