Need some help.

Hey Mini experts out there. Just getting into these vehicles. I just bought my son a 2009 Clubman (non-S). Just changed the Cat/Exhaust manifold & both O2 sensors about a month ago. Car is running great now, but then yesterday and today I'm getting Check Engine lights for MULTIPLE codes. The car runs great, no chugging or smoke or hesitation. No weird noises or knocks, nothing out of the normal. I can reset the codes and it will take about a day for them to return, the exact same codes.Where should I even begin to start troubleshooting??

Here are the codes: P0100, P0013,P0010, P0444, P0597, P113b, P0458, B2aaa.

The variable valve timing system is not working properly. If you go to the gen 2 area and look at common problems, you will gain incite to the answers you need. The vanos solinoids go out and then the cam timing does not work properly and starts throwing all kinds of codes.
