air conditioning to back seat

Hi, looking to buy a Mini. Heard something about it doesn't have AC vents to the back seats. Does the Countryman have AC vents to the back seats? Has anyone had a problem with air flow to the back? If it doesn't have airflow to the back has anyone corrected this?
Thank you

Countryman (at least my 2019 model S, All4) has AC vents in the back seat. Directional with flow ****, one to aim at each rear passenger and located on the rear facing portion of the center console.

Yes the Countryman has AC vents in the rear but they are pretty much useless. They are so small you can't even feel them working. Good thing the cabin is so small though, cause all we do is just put it on MAX AC and within a few minutes its nice and comfortable again.

Hi bluonyx. Small? or is it a balancing problem? Like the AC doesn't push the air to the vents? If you close off the front vents does the air go to the back?
Thanks for your reply.

Our CM is a 17' model, I just went out and measured and the opening for the rear is about a 2.5"x2" opening. Compared to the fronts which are a 4"x2" opening. Once you add the air deflectors and the **** on the middle it kind of restricts the flow even more. And since they are pretty much at ankle level and you can only point them up so much, they are useless. But the front center vents are great, so instead of closing the front centers we just close the rears and point the centers to the back if we have passengers.

I'm in Houston, TX. The kids ride in the back of my '19 CM.
Yes the vents are back there but like stated above, not much air comes out.
I'm sure it helps a bit with overall circulation, but the car is still pretty small so the fronts pretty much take care of it.
It doesn't get much hotter/more humid than Houston and I have no problems with the car cooling front or back.
