I LOVE this color, wish we could have gotten it on the new S on order too.

Silver. Isn't that a Benz color? No, it's a Toyota color! Wait, it's the color of hundreds of thousands of Chevy trucks! Hmmm, maybe it's such a global color is just sort of blends in with everything else on the road...

Could it be that those of us who chose LY (or PH or any of the other unusual colors) are most comfortable with standing apart from the crowd..? And isn't that pretty central to the soul of Minidom?

FWIW EB is (was) an S only color... at least in the US

 

Also, FWIW, Bumblebees move a lot faster than gold bullion, don't you think? they also cost less (1 nectary shrubbery in backyard + 1 kiddy butterfly net + 1 empty peanut butter jar = many bees)

The glow of yellow will overflow and disallow the ultraslow non-yellow Minis that will wallow bellow.

 

our color is dynamic; it goes between mellow yellow in the shade to cream yellow in direct sunlight

 

But Gold builion is so much more in demand than Bumblebees in a jar.

Depends on what you call "in demand". I've seen a SG MINI at my dealer right out in front for about 3 months- not sure if it's still there, but that would make 7 months!

 

I'm just bumping this thread past the Dark Silver thread... because I drive a LYMC and can do what I want!
