Sweet new pics today. It must be BRG day because there were 3 in AutoX today.

Great BRGs, and I'm quite impressed with those iPhone photos! Counting the days until I can add my own here.

I really like that stripe. Nicely done. In the back of my head, I'm toying with something similar for my BRG/B MINI -- only have it be gray. Still toying...

Thanks! Got them from AC (clearance section of all things-- only $25 for boot and bonnet). I guessed on the spacing on the back, but I think it looks good and pretty easy. Seriously-- about an hour, maybe, to install. And I'm so proud of myself for doing it! I wanted something classy, but still a little quirky. And I think that fits the bill!

If I didn't have the sunroof I would have run it over the roof too.

New shoes are on my menu, too. All I know is: darker.

And I just ordered a 4" Alta antenna... it just needed to be changed.

SJ,
yea, my brothers Indie blue ( which is older than mine by about a year) has a shorter antennae, he says mine looks like a radio controlled car, Ha-Ha.
let us know if your reception or performance ( radio that is ) drops when you change the antennae.
thanks

Sorry I missed your post.

Well in my circle of friends my car is just referred to as "the mini", but I would name it Yoda.. guess the model would be mini-Yoda

Since we're all one big, happy MINI BRG family - thought I'd step up to the thread as of today: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...5&postcount=32

Saw my first BRG/B MCS while driving mine today... that was a weird feeling. The combo is definitely unusual out here in Southern California. [The person was off a ways, so no chance to wave.]

And here's an I hope question related enough to this thread: Has everyone who changed their wheels on a BRG/B gone for dark or black rims? The stock silver-ish just isn't working for me...

[And I haven't gotten my 4" antenna yet...]

Yeah, me too. I'm saving up for black rims. There is a BRG MCS in my town and it looks identical to the untrained eye. WE of course notice that I have extra pinstriping on my bonnet tripes and his is actually a Cooper S, but others think that they are the same...so now I have to get the checked mirror covers and black rims!

I am burning through my tires pretty quickly already. 11,000 miles and the front ones are showing wear. So I plan on getting the rims when I need tires.

I'll wave if I see you!
