The aero kit is one of the biggest changes I've made to my MCS. It was big money, but you definitely won't be disappointed!
I'm pretty sure you can find pics of it if you follow one of the links in my signature.

Your "facelifted" xenons look great (as well as the addition of the aerokit). What is different about the Eurospec headlight? I noticed you mentioned that on FlickR.

The Euro-spec xenons have a more focused beam (resulting in a sharper beam "cut-off"). This puts more light down on the road where you need it, and less stray light where it could blind oncoming traffic.
I find this to be a very important feature because of how dark it gets in Alaska (winter), how poorly lit our roads are (virtually no street lighting in my area), and how many creatures tend to hang out on the road.
They also have a little lever in the headlight housing that you can flip to change the beam pattern from an asymmetric pattern to a symmetric pattern. Normally you'd leave it in the asymmetric setting. The asymmetric setting poses a problem if you were to drive in places like the UK where people drive on the other side of the road. The symmetric pattern allows you to drive in these places, w/o blinding oncoming traffic.
I'm looking to relocate to Europe in the future, so it just made sense to spring for the Euro lights when I decided to change to the 2005-2006 lights.
Here's a thread regarding my headlight swap:

My Indian Blue 2003 R50:
These shots were taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XT. That camera is so good that the car looks better in these pictures than real life!
The car is pretty much stock, except I bought wheels off another Mini owner who had a MCS from the same year. The wheels are a great upgrade, except the run-flats are kinda bumpy but I can live. I do need to buy a new shifter **** because the stock one sucks! Also thinking about buying bonnet stripes but I'm kind of afraid to do it myself. I'm also extremely tempted to buy the checkerboard mirror caps!

After having to sell my 03 IB Cooper earlier this year due to a layoff, Im happy to share that I'm the proud owner of an '04 IB Cooper S, as of yesterday. I'll get some pics up as soon as it stops snowing. Im thrilled that I was able to find another IB, which is by far my favorite MINI color of all time.
