Does your MINI have a name?

I'm still trying to name my mini. She's definitely a girl, but a tomboy girl with a hard, almost punkish edge. I keep coming back to the name Avril (only *mostly* for the month I bought her in and my MA's cute little French name, and my own French heritage), but I'm not sure it feels quite right. Any song from the "Hackers" soundtrack really makes her want to get up and go, so I would have named her Kate Libby already (really fits her personality), if I didn't know a woman named Kate.
Thoughts?

i think im going to name mine Alice. as for Alice Cooper of course. i love classic rock, all of it. and it was only natural, Alice Cooper. probably not the first to name mine this but oh well, shows the other have good taste in music too either that or it could be stella, for the italian job? again im geussing im not the first for either of them. but i will make a decision once i have the car. dont wa nt to decide before i have it. could be bad mojo and i dont want any of that.

I was reading another thread about the "unbearable lightness of being Mini." The original contributor was very well spoken - about the insanity that seduces "normal" people into the wide wide wide wide world of Mini...And NAMING our Minis is just more facet of that world. Completely understandable, of course, but not quite understood from "un-believers." https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=138570
What could be worse is that WE don't always get to pick the name of the cars...The CAR picks the name. I've had two BRG MCS - an '04 and a '07. The '04 ended up with a name I certainly didn't pick: I hit a deer while in Europe, and my soldiers constantly referred to the car as "DeerSlayer." So it stuck. Another military individual from that location bought it from me (under duress from the husband for having identical cars!!) and the name went with it...
After the two of us being an "item" for almost a full year, the '07 just told me what it's name is (although not gender...but I suspect it's male ): "Mints." Plural, not singular. I have NO idea why, but it's not my place to question it, is it now?!

When I got my MINI in 2002, I knew that it was all BOY! I needed a name that suited his ability to jump out the gym and since he is Liquid Yellow and I was a huge fan of the Showtime Era Lakers, it seemed natural to name him COOOOOP - after the ringing endorsements that would rain down on Michael Cooper after one of his trademark defensive plays.
His vanity plate proudly bears his name COOOOOP
It was a rainy day when I took this piccie...

I know it's typical for a guy to name his car after a woman but I decided to name my MINI "Doyle".
I'm a big fan of Poker and one of my favorite players is Doyle Brunson. He's a classic just like the MINI so it seemed appropriate. I hope my "Doyle" is as much a winner as the player he's named for!
Here is a picture of me and Doyle Brunson when I met him at the 2006 World Series of Poker. And a pic of my Doyle!

Somewhere on a similar thread I said that I mine has two names because I cannot choose between the two. Tamzin because it's a very popular girl's name in Britain that I just really like. And Tazmin because it's almost like Tamzin, but with "min" in the name. However, I only settled on those because they have six letters and CT only allows six letters on its vanity plates.
But if I could have seven letters, then her name would absolutely be Mrs. Miniver.
