I would say your MINI goes beyond triple more like all silver except for the tires and brake light.




I would paint the wheel wells, side skirts, A Pillar and Mirror stems silver to complete the scheme.

 

Woooooo, I just ordered my first MINI -- a 2008 pure silver MCS hardtop, black sport stripes down the middle... I can't even wait till it gets here!

I never had so much fun driving a car as I did on that test drive yesterday.

ok ok i know its too old to be a second generation but i couldnt resist. ( being is that there doesnt seem to be a lot of P/S out there )

 

Here's the latest addition to our family. Just got her a couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoying the ride! Our first mod was replacing the 16" S-winder stock rims with these 17" Crown Spokes and non run-flats. Made a huge difference in the look and ride.

Thought about going that way but will checker a single stripe over the hood roof and back, and go with stainless grill, hope that works.

Has anyone been tagged with a Pure Silver button?

I normally have a bag of buttons in my glove box to hand out to other Pure Silver MINI's that I spot.

So if you travel or live near Greenville South Carolina and have been tagged with one of these buttons, it was more than likely my daughter and I.

 

Heh...yeah, probably won't get the car till around the first week of August. But who knows?

The anticipation is going to be rough, though! A whole month just waiting for a new MINI...

While I would love to take credit for the artwork and merchandise, I can not.

Haven't done anything to Nigel beyond the RBs and the Alta Stubby. I hope to address some powertrain and suspension issues (more power and lower ride height) at some point in the near future - gotta' save some cash!
