Here is my Lightning Blue Baby

 

Our Mini is named Desmond.

 

I like that name.

I know that it is probably VERY cliche, but my Coupe is called "Coop." My wife has a countryman that she calls "Mini."

 

I love Lightning Blue, it is the Second Gen version of my Hyper Blue. Lightning Blue has a deeper look to it.

so can anyone tell me how long it took to name your mini? and what's the story on when you discovered what gender it was?
I'm still trying to discover my mini's gender and name.. and could use some ideas

It will be my first time going! I am heading down Tuesday night (about a 11 hour drive through the night...) and will be leaving Sunday. Other people are coming down from the local mini club but they are all going down the weekend before.

 

You can either join by having a Lightning Blue MINI or join by sending me a reallly huge check and having a Lightning Blue MINI. Your choice.

Welcome to the club. I don't know how they get the logo. I prefer to show a picture of Comet.

I ended up making my own, using Paint Shop Pro... no one would send me one, so I just made my own. Mine is evolving and will change a little in the near future when I put a Mini logo above my Mini, but here is the one I created.

I thank I am in love with LuLu. Add some black stripes and that is almost a twin to my Zanadoom. Down to the shoes even.....I should have waited for the Coupe.
