Interior/Exterior What color would you have requested if given the option?

On photos, PW shows up as white (LOOKS AWESOME!!!!!!) but when you see PW up close, sun reflecting the paint, that damn buttery/tan toilet seat color keeps showing up.
All in all, I hope MINI will start to expand more choice of colors. Like some already mentioned, alpine white, orange, LSB, and not too forget Ferrari yellow just to name a few...

I also agree with BAMAs metal thing but I think car makers are going in that direction. Why? More $$$ in their pockets?

MINI needs to get off the boring metallic kick. I like a deep, clear shiney finish. I would like to see LY brought back & boring mellow yellow (aka, school bus, mac-n-cheese, or road stripe yellow) bumped out, bring back jet black, & add lime green. If I had to choose between those 3 colors I dunno what I would pick. Until that happens I guess I will just have to stick with good old CR

MORE BRIGHT COLORS! FEWER DARKS AND NEUTRALS!
Edit: Oh, and add me to the list for Laguna Seca Blue. That was on the M3s when I was shopping for my MINI, and it's another of those "I'd have chosen that" colors.

I will say I like a few (very few) metallics but MINI has gone waaaaay off the deep end. Since the obvious reason for all the metallyak colors is an opportunity for yet another upcharge I would be willing to pay extra for a non-metallic color. Even though I know it costs them less to manufacture, I want what I want cause once I get it, I gotta look at it every day for a really, really long time & sry but a metallic just doesn't compare to a freshly polished & waxed flat color

Not sure if I'd get it on my mini...but I've always been a fan of the Orange and the Charger Purple. I think it was called Plum Crazy.

Edit: Yep..according to this site http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/ that's the name.

Plum Crazy/In Violet (purple metallic); Sublime/Limelight (lime green); Hemi Orange/Tor Red (red-orange); Green Go/Sassy Grass Green (hard to say exactly, but bright green); Go Mango/Vitamin C (pumpkin); Top Banana/Lemon Twist (yellow - very similar to LY ); Panther Pink/Moulin Rouge (hot pink); Citron Yella/Curious Yellow (chartreuse)

How about Sassy Grass Green for cars with a white roof:

Definitely Indi Blue, just like I got. Even though I bought mine used, and had no choice, I sure am glad the Indi Blue was there! I get more compliments on it because of the color. Alot of people say they don't see many like mine, and that's what I like about having a MINI. So, if I had to pick a color, I would have picked the Indi Blue anyway....

I have CR. I like it just fine. Really.
But my first car was a rebuilt '65 Karmann Ghia coupe. My dear old Dad, may he RIP, secretly and painstakingly put it together from an insurance company's "total loss" wreck in '69-'70 with the help of his best friend, who owned a body shop in LA.
The shop owner tricked me into picking my own color by asking my "opinion" on what color to paint a "project car" of his. Totally clueless as to his real purpose in asking, I picked "Tor-red," the Mo-par color mentioned above.
Later, of course, I was blown away at the "unveiling" of my "new" totally-cherried-out Ghia. It was love at first sight.
Needless to say, I would love to get "GR8 COUP" into a bucket of Tor-red. Not quite orange, but a flaming hot red. AWESOME color!!

I agree with the postings about PW. I was recently informed by an old Jaguar restorer and fanatic that it is the color Jaguar used for white. Must be a 'British thing', you know clouds and fog all the time and never really seeing what real white looks like in the sunshine! (just kidding Brits!)
Other good colors for the mini:
Nimbus gray from the Audit TT
The olive green of the Hummer H2 ....absolutely AMAZING paint. It reflects so well
And then any sort of non-metallic baby blue...that would be my first choice
