I've asked this question previously, this is what other MCOers told me.

Installers generally say to use soap and water for a reason. Using any types of glass cleaner ammonia or other alcohol treatments chemicals will clean the tint but after time it becomes your enemy in the way of yellowing the tint and destroying it slowly but surely. The best to use is baby shampoo and water. Use a drop or two into water and wipe. Using a squeegee will not leave streaks.

ant,
if you really want, i'll run out to the garage and check out the contents of invisible glass.
or just goto the store and check out the products. i'm sure you'll find something suitable.
lets see some pics of your car with the tint, that's new right?

I just use my Zaino car wash and do the windows when I was the car. I clean it up with a chamois, just like the rest of the car, and then use a microfiber cloth on the windows only. (microfiber inside and out; nothing on it. works great!)

I assume the tinting is on the inside so the car wash shouldn't hurt the outside of the windows...

I havent gotten the tint yet, I am still debating it. i have NAV so my antenna is in the window and I heard the tints will hurt reception as well as cut my radar detector's visibility.

I use Sprayway Glass Cleaner, recommended by the guy who tinted my windows. I got a 4-pack at Costco. It's an aerosol spray type of cleaner that is ammonia free (comes in cans). Goes on very foamy and works great. No streaks, safe for tint.

Hope this helps.

Windex used to make an alcohol based version of their glass cleaner for tinted windows.
Don't know if it's still available, though....
