Is it interior or exterior? pics

So, the hood on the wall is exterior, but it is on the interior of my garage, and it is a garage modification....

Anyway, I got some headlights for the hood on the wall, wired them up for power, and viola....more accent lighting. I think I want to change them to high power LED lights, but I need to find a lamp that can do that, either that or a super small CFL bulb that is the size of a D2S bulb so it can light from within the projector.

what it looked like before I added the lights....

Very nice! Are you making house (or should I say garage) calls?

haha, heck no, mine was hard enough...now I get to hang out there and enjoy it. Just got back from the hardware store, I figured out a way to have the lights come on with the garage door opener lights, so I am running the wires for that. I think that will be a cool feature, and I will still be able to turn them on without having to open and close the garage door...whooo hoooo

Wow
Now I wonder what your house must look like if your garage looks that good. Heck if you had a fridge and it was air conditioned, why even bother with a house ?????

You know it looks awesome and i would love my garage to look like that. But that seem like some expensive decorations. I mean those headlights arent cheap and everyone is trying to get some. So to just make them a garage decor seems like wasting money. Sorry to be the bad comment cause it really looks awesome.

I hear what you are saying, but really, they were not that expensive. Expensive is in the eye of the beholder, or purchaser as it may be. . Not everyone wants a set up like this, but for me, it is a dream garage, in a dream house....the perfect set up I have always wanted!!!!

Holy crap is that cool!! No room in my garage for even a sign, no less a bonnet. But I bet I could hang it from my bedroom ceiling! I need some lights in there too.

You know, stripes are easy to replace. No need to get an extra bonnet just to change out the stripes!
Looks great, love the cabinets as well. Now you need to epoxy the floor!

Nice garage.

So, where did you get the traffic light and crosswalk signs?

I have no idea what the brand of the cabinets are, but I painted them that way...they were unfinished...some were from my old house, I pulled them out and moved them, and then I found some that looked similar at Lowes, so I painted those to match.

From friends when I was in Highschool. One was bought off a friend, the other was "acquired" by another friend that got it for me for a birthday present ...That was back in the mid 80's...so a LONG time ago.

Thanks for all the compliments...on the garage, my car, and my mountain bike...I do need to finish the floor, but I am saving for a paneled floor from Griots Garage, in black, white and blue....a checker board combination with some blue trim. The rest of the garage will be eposy with black, white and blue speckles.

I found some MR16 bulbs in LED format, so I can have the lights look more like Xenons, and use less power. Once those arrive, they will be wired to work with the garage door opener
