These are the instructions for installing Angel Eye running lights, but they also have a pretty good procedure for removing the bumper.

the pu bar is the best looking... However I wont buy it until i see some good close up's of it installed with no lights. It would have to be removable for me... basically i need to get off my **** and make my own brackets so i can add and remove lights whenever i want.

As I said, the PU bar is completely hidden under the bumper. You could in theory run two outboard lights while leaving the inboard mounts "Lightless"

As you can see I cut a bit more then I need too but u could see where you would have to cut, I also connected the ground to the bolt on the light to make it short and not have wires go somewhere else.
The thin black wiring for the lights went through the bumper carrier and came out of this hole , ( IN the middle of the hole ) and went into the engine bay.
Again the black thin wire, going through those two clamps up to the strut tower.
This is were I hacked into the battery, Fuse box next to the tower.
Sorry for this bad picture , but this is the fuse box cover, As you can see you need to cut a little bit out of it for the red wire to clear through.
The only wire that is going through the firewall is the yellow one, towards the switch.
A bit of extra wire is just sitting in front of the brake booster. ( YELLOW,BLACK, AND RED ) Its also where the fuse is located that is on the red wire. So I left it a bit longer so I can pull it out with no problem.
This is where the rellay is located, from the relay the blue ground wire is going right towards the power steering resevoir.
The remaining red, black, and yellow wire go down and under the air filter box to keep it clean and not showing.
This is under the kick panel , The green wire comes up from the fuse box which I tapped into a hot fuse, First fuse 10 (red ) on the side towards the engine bay. I forgote to take a picture, sorry. The other green wire which is blue I just used a green to make it a bit longer goes to ground ( the bolt you see in the pic ) and the yellow is the one from the firewall. I did not zip tie it yet because I do not know where to put the switch yet.

Thanks...but more importantly, how thick to stop the wobble? Looks to be 1/8" from the pictures but hard to tell
