Aesthetic Creations. I drew it up in Photoshop but couldn't quite get it to look how I wanted it...so I sent it to Mike and he fixed it, and then printed it up!

Thanks guys! It was another one of those "well, I'm not sure if I'll be in love with it when it's on, but at least it'll be easy to undo" things. I left it on for a week before I decided to keep it.
