Hi,

I am a big fan of Coop's artwork and would love to have one of his pieces as a roof decal. Since, this is copyrighted material I am sure I will have to get perission somehow inorder to have it printed as a vinyl graphic. Aside from that I was wondering which image some of you think would look nice.

.. I've always liked the wrench-devil - but you are right: it would have to be sideways to fit right. The devil-chick looks great - those are very nice checkered flags ...

there are several birds-eye-view roof designs in the Galleries .. i think i even saw a red car under one of them .....

Oh I was just being silly since not to many people replied to my idea. So I assumed it was that they didn't like the style of Coop or maybe people think is doesn't work as a roof decal. Anyhoo I like it and want to do something different apart from all the flag decals which don't appeal to me much.

I am all about non-flags on the roof. Do something different!
I am not sold on the images you chose, but it's your car.
It looks like a big tatoo on the roof.
But why be plain?

Decisions! Decisions! :smile: Or you could maybe bring an idea to someone (or even a tattoo artist if that's the style you are after) and have them come up with something.

It's funny that you mention mark ryden because I was just thinking of him and if any of his work would work as a roof decal..lol

To be honest the Bettie Page rendering by Olivia is more of my style. I really want this as my roof decal.. this one feels right to me

Coop and Olivia will not allow this. If they do, you will have to pay for it. Basically, they will want to charge you their licensing fee.... I've asked.

antsmini...thanks for the Ryden link. Seen his stuff, didn't recognize the name. That's what I get for being out of college for 14 years...gotta keep up on my contemporary artists
