More experiments have led me to ask how difficult it would be to drill another 1 inch hole in the rear window?

Not sure if auto window guys can do this sort of thing.

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of someone drilling a hole in their auto glass?

It can be done. When they repair "star" cracks in the windshield, they drill a hole (not all the way; but they could) to allow the epoxy to penetrate.

There is a product made for Bee Keepers that is used to drive the worker bees down into the bottom brood box when the beekeeper takes the upper boxes full of honey off. It's called Bee-go and is really fun to use as stink bombs and other crazy things.

Way easier to get than Cat-pee!

Have fun!!!

You can do this and keep your wiper in about 1 minute. My rear washer stopped working recently so I popped off the plastic cover where the wiper mounts to check to see if it just needed a good cleaning. That part pops off - lift both sides apart and pull. The tiny nozzle was bunged up with rust from the metal end of the sprayer. I cleaned it up but before puttin the plastic part back on I though I'd make sure the metal end of the sprayer got flushed out first so sat in the car and hit the water spray button and i could see a real thick jet of water shooting straight out the back of the car - it went at least 10 feet, not as far as the water pistol nozzle I bet but much thicker stream and if you're doing any speed it will certainly travel a lot further. I'm sure if you wanted the extra distance you could attach a water pistol cover on the metal end easy.

Yup! All I did was turn the existing nozzle around using a flathead screwdriver (I have an '02). Wiper still works and goes on when I spray. I've been too afraid to spray anyone who I didn't know. Also been thinking about spraying other MINIs .. maybe I will spray only the ones who are responsive to waves, just to make sure I won't encounter any road rage.

Better make sure even your MINI friends aren't OCD - cause that crap on my car means I gotta break out the quick detailer and microfiber... grrrr... if their MINI looks like you could eat off it, and you want them to remain your friend, you might want to spray somebody with a dirty car instead...

HAHAHAHA

That is exactly what I was thinking.

I find a little stream of silicone tire shine goes a long way.....

Nice mod. Now you need smoke, oil slicks, and ninja stars.

So I decided to give the squirt-mod a try, and it turned out AWESOME. I pulled off the attachment that points the sprayer upwards, stuck on some tubing, drilled a hole in the cap that covers the sprayer itself, and voila, instant 007-style water sprayer. Without the tubing, it shot about 8 feet, but with it, it goes a solid 12.

Forget my rear sway, sticky tires, reduction pulley, etc. - this is the most fun mod I've done yet! I simply cannot stop squirting my friends' cars.

Use your imagination - or better, just use those Sportlink tubes for some Estes rocket engines... run a fused, switchable 12v line back there, wire it up to Estes rocket ignitors, and whooosh! (or, with the parachute charge, whooooosh . . . . . BANG)

DISCLAIMER: WHILE PERHAPS FUNNY, THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL ON A PUBLIC ROAD! PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!

Note also: Deleting the rear wiper also deletes your foul weather rearward visibility and, in snow, can be illegal for "uncleared windows" AND (in PA) is an offense that you can be pulled over for.(check state laws).

(no, I'm not bipolar)
(SHUT UP!)

(SHUT UP YES I AM!)

Two tubes that are conected to the rear frame of the MINI for the purpose of attaching bicycle racks, trailer hitch, etc.
A MINI optioned accessory from the factory that can be added at any time.

Mini Fini also sells a model.

Thanks, but some fail to see the humor in it all.
Whatever, happy motoring and squirt some bikers out there.

I simply used a screwdriver to turn the squirt head around on mine.... she sprays a good 15ft back standing still. On the highway though, it's really hard to tell what the aerodynamics are doing to the spray. I need a friend to drive behind to tell me!
