>>i guess you have to pay a premium for something as simple as cutting
>>small pieces of tint to the correct size.
>>serves us right for being so lazy!
>>i bought my tailight-tint from lamin-x, i couldn't hate on the price!

ya that price was sooooooooooooooooo good compared to mini-madness... 100 dollars compared to 25 dollars!

Just noticed the price issue with RSpeed. Thanks for bringing it up. We'll look into it as soon as possible. The tailight smoke-out is only $29.95 which is still a great buy.

Now this is service! Tanks Lamin-x for looking out for everyone.

I understand supply and demand, but sometimes it just doesn't seem right.

Question on this...

I like the look, but is there some sort of legal requirement regarding side reflectors? I'm assuming here that that's why they're part of the US spec. (I guess its the same with the red reflector thing and the euro tail light?) Just wondering really 'cause it does look great. Anybody know about this? Not trying to be a stickler here...I guess I thought you might know.

I ordered directly from the Lamin-x site and they are $14.95, plus a buck for shipping.

I just wanted to step in here and make a few comments - it seems as if some people think that we are out to do harm to the Mini community by having a different price on this Lamin-x product.

We will be more than happy to match Lamin-x's pricing and we do support the Mini community and continue to do so by sponsorsing this site - the one which you are posting on, as well as sveral clubs not only in the US, but globally.

We make our pricing based on several factors - and I am sure that some of you who actually own a small business will understand this. Some of you will not. We do everything possible to make our customer's happy as we have since our start in 1994.

I am also confident that if you ask around there are MANY happy RSpeed Mini customers on MCO as well as in your local club.

If you have any questions or concerns, I welcome your comments.
