Interior/Exterior Craftsquare mirrors - impractical on a daily driver?

As mirrors they are great, the driver side is also aspherical so objects are closer then they appear. Took me about a day to get used to that and I jump back and forth between the MINI and a Jeep.
Like UKSUV stated they are a PITA to adjust. I ended up working with a friend to get them right then Red Locktite to keep them right. What really cheeses me off is at Mini Club functions people LOVE to fondle them getting just out of adjustment. Oh and at about 130 mph unless they are secured with locktite the mirrors tend to lose adjustment

Bart, I seem to remember a time way back when..ya know when we walked to school both ways up hill in the snow, barefoot even, and I had to suffer the indignity of sharing a car with my father. Way back then you had to manually adjust the mirrors in that base Chevy Nova. Somehow I survived that horrid tragedy.

I ordered mine directly from the manufacturer. Got me a set of the racing mirrors and another of the British racing mirrors...they are top quality. You can find them here www.craftsquare.co.jp
Payed through Pay Pal and shipped to my door... the two sets cost me $997 as I have ordered extra light sensitive lenses ... I think the CF ones will set you back around $475
Good luck

I love the way those mirrors look but tend to adjust mine down when backing into spots so that I can see the curb/white line to get the perfect parking job. I'd never had power mirrors (or windows, locks, ABS, A/C, heated seats...it goes on) before the MINI but they're one of those things I'm not sure I'd want to do without now.

I still get nightmares.
