SpoMini, check out this thread. I've been looking for shift and brake boots for a while.

NMC offers cutsom-made ones, but I didn't like the look of them at all (see the thread I linked to for photos).

Momo apparently also has them (don't know the URL). I haven't pursued this yet because I am a lazy, lazy man.
