Interior/Exterior Aero Grill on stock liquid yellow bumper - pics

Here are some pics of my weekend project. Aside from having to take a quarter inch off the entire lower piece backing, it wasn't too hard to install.

NFO are you going to be at the brewers game the 7th? It has been some serious fun modding this car. I had a chance to race with a stock MCS because we were both curious what kind of difference everything made. Big difference! I pulled an easy 1.5-2 car gap from 1st to 2nd gear.
But my mini is not a cannibal...no kill sticker for that one.

I took guidance on the installation from here.
The install is pretty straight forward, you just need to get used to the ideas that...yes the piece came from the factory, no it does not fit right, yes you do have to cut those off! All i have to show for it is a nice looking car and a good gash on my knuckle, ouch! Bench grinders hurt (but work wonders for keeping the finish smooth.
Ryan, I wanted the Hamann's sooooooooooo bad, but it was just too much green$$$$$ for me, and they are heavy from what I read and I was not willing to sacrifice speed for looks......too much anyway. But thats what track wheels are for, but thats even more green...sheesh!

yeah they were a bit of green, but waaaaaaaaaay cheaper than HRE, so in my opinon they are a bargain. yes they are not light. but hey they are lighter than S lites. my car lives and breathes in the garage, so to me it doesnt matter, and when i want to go racing, i can throw on some super light 12 lb gram light pro 57s hehe
ur car lookgs great..keep up the good work
