Checked the TireRack web site and could not find a replacement H7 bulb for my MC. Does the Xtreme brand have another number equivalent? Specs please, Alex?

I replaced mine with Wagner 'blue' lamps which do in fact give a whiter light without looking bluish green like so many of the aftermarket lamps sometimes do. They are the same 55 watt as stock, but the color rendering is a bit whiter and seems to be a tad brighter than stock.

I am not around the garage at this moment to get the part number, if anyone is interested I can get this tomorrow and post.

Are the philips bulbs the same wattage as the stock bulbs? 50 watts? or 55, not sure.

extreme white h-7's are not technically available in the US as they are not DOT approved. Bavarian autosport has them for $79.95 a pair.

$79.95/pr and not DOT approved? Go get a $40/pr H-7 55w Super High Efficiency Plus 50 (by Osram) that is DOT approved. See the Stern web site above.

I talked to a Sylvania rep a couple months ago and he told me H7 silverstar bulbs would be available by the end of year.

I had those silvestars on my civic and loved them. Excellent illumination and it only has a very slight bluish tint unlike the more common super-whites.

I replaced both my high beams and my fogs. for the high beams I used PIAA xtreme white bulb they are H7 12V 55W and no blueish tint they are almost as white as my xeons they are PIAA part # H-218 cant remember which internet site I got them too long ago. For the fogs that fit the 2003 cars I used " Phillips H11 LL
Germany M203 12V 55W 12362 LL " thats the label on the bulb got these at Phillips H11
