i have done a ordering from cravenspeed which included a bracket Z adaptor (ideal for mini cooper with cockpit chrono pack) and a 52mm gauge pod

Unfortunately when I received the package in Greece it included the bracket z and a 60mm gauge pod!!!

Initially I contacted craven speed (kellen) through email and I 2 hours later I called him (Skype phone). I got very enthusiastic when he told my that they have already packed a 52mm gauge pod and send it to me without even asking me to send back the 60mm one.

This is customer support ladies and gendlemen and I wish everybody would behave like them.

Ps. I decided to send back the 60mm gauge pod with my own expenses.

Thank you for your kind words. We always do what we can to correct a mistake. The complement should also go to you, for great communication, especially from an international customer. If there is a problem, I need to know about it, you were straight, and honest, without anger. I look forward to some pictures of your final FlexPod setup.

 

That's great to hear, makes me feel more comfortable ordering internationally as well.

 

i have made an appointment to install the gauge pod set on tuesday 2/9/2008. as far as it is completed, i will post some photographs here on NAM on a corresponding topic . i think they would be the first where somebody with cockpit chrono will install a single craven 52mm gauge pod (left hand sight)!!
