There's no such thing as a "JCW aero kit" for the 1st Gen MINI. There was only one aero kit, but it wasn't labelled as a JCW accessory (although... interestingly enough, all of the JCW press cars had the aero kit installed too).

There is a JCW aero kit for 2nd Gen MINIs, but since you have an 03, that doesn't help.

Ask at your MINI dealership about the 1st gen aero kit, they should be able to help you... or you can inquire with other sources online.

Here's the RealOEM page with the info & part numbers:

So you are trying to say there is not an aerokit, but you are saying we can get an aerokit? You kinda lost me here.

You misunderstood me.

There is an OEM aero kit for 1st Gen MINIs.

BUT

It isn't a "JCW" aero kit. It was never sold as a JCW product.

Just an FYI on the aero kits. BMW has discontinued all sales of pre-painted kits. They do still have some CR, AB, and Indigo Blue kits left but that is it. If you want to purchase by piece you may or may not be able to even get those colors pre-painted.

I know because I just ordered a pre-painted bumper from Jayson at Classic. I actually had placed the order with someone else there that was new and was told I couldn't get it other than in primer. I called Jayson and he stated I could still get it. BMW actually cancelled that order a few days later. The first guy explained to me the colors that were available and how to get the kits. Jayson was not rong but he wasn't aware of the change because it just happened.

If you plan on getting the kit it will cost less than the pre-painted version but you are going to have to locate a good body shop to paint it.

I looked at the ones at minisport (link above) the other day and just for the heck of it went through the order process to see what the shipping was. not only is the kit cheaper than you can find in the US but shipping is free to the US somehow. comes out to about $780 US total.

I sent them a email to verify the shipping and also make sure the side skirts are included on the pure silver. I will be ordering if everything checks out.

In order to reduce the misinformation about what the kit is and isn't (see my posts - #3 & #5), I'm renaming this thread from "JCW aero kit?" to just "Aero kit?" and moving it out of the JCW forum into 1st Gen Mods - Interior/Exterior.

When I emailed them, they also told me that they only had a BRG aero kit for the Mini Cooper S. I did not realize that the kits were different for S and non-S. Am i right?
