Interior/Exterior Tail Light Cracked ...
#1
Just noticed that my rear tail light cover lens has a nice hole in it, about a 1/4" in diamater. The only thing I can imagine that would have caused it is some rock being kicked up by the rear wheel as I was driving ... The light itself is not damaged just the lens cover.
Did anyhting like this happen to anyone else? I was expecting my first chip in the lights be in the headlights, but the rear is a mystery?
Any idea if the dealers have just the lens cover for sale and is it cheap enough to replace or should I just leave it?

Sorry to hear about crack lens lurch70.
If it's up to me I would replace it with a new after market tail light from
CTD, they have some cool tail light for sale check it out.

I was just recently in a fender bender. Dealer was able to replace everything but the tail light lens cover. Said they were on back order and that they even checked the inventory in Germany. It's been two weeks since I got the car back from the body shop and I'm still waiting for the part.
