Front Aero Bumper expanding rivet

The aero front bumper has four holes in the bottom edge that accept expanding rivets, connecting it to the "fastening brackets". One of mine has gone missing.

I haven't seen these specific rivets in use anywhere else on the car. They're not the same as the wheel liner rivets. I can't see where they're listed separately on RealOEM with the other aero kit parts. I suspect they come with the pair of fastening brackets ($35).

I know I could just put a screw in there, or in all four of them for that matter. But any ideas on where I could secure one of these? Anyone have a magical part number?

Damn I dont even have that on mine.

My aero bumper is held on with the 2 torx bolts next to the radiator, and 2 more 10mm bolts on the bottom and thats it.

Good luck

Paul I too lost one of mine at some point. I just bought new ones at Lowes. Granted they weren't just like the originals but they still match and are cheap..

MiniMania carries these: Expanding Rivets and these: Body Panel Fasteners

But you may want to contact them for inventory check. Their site doesn't always inform you when they're low or out of stock.
