Usually not a fan of the plasti dip but on the BRG it looks hot! I especially love how the stripes turned out, glad you gave that a second go around.

From what I understand, you do not need to sand to plasti dip. If the plasti dip peels, simply peel it all off and then reapply (if you liked the look that is). I believe it actually helps preserve what is underneath. It is good because if you should ever decide to part from your MINI, you can just peel it off and have a pristine (or whatever condition it was in when you plasti dipped it) part.

Oh and there's no sanding involved. Although I'd recommend gloss paint for a Joey mod instead, which should be sanded.
