Interior/Exterior possible mods after collision?

possible mods after collision?
So the other day I went to WalMart to pick up a pack of pens. When I got back to my car I saw someone had hit it and left the area. Now I have a puncture from a tow hook on my rear bumper and the trunk doesn't line up when I close it. The repair shop that I go to said that I will most likely need to replace the bumper.
Anybody have ideas for a new bumper or other similar mods? I was considering getting a rear sway bar. Does anybody have one? If so, which one?

Bumper- STOCK looks the best if you have a just-a-cooper you can go to an S
Hatch- STOCK or SieBon carbonfiber (BOTH EXPENCIVE and shuldnt be needed.
Swaybar- Go with Hotchkiss H-sport 19mm is fine for a daily driver, the 25mm can be a little much for some people. Parts are cheap labor might cost more than the bar itself.

That sucks, I hate to hear it when inconsiderate people do horrible things like that. Is there anyway to get the security cam footage from Walmart? (They have enough cameras on the roof...it should have been 'seen').
As mentioned by Dicks Garage R53...a rear sway is a really nice mod...I have the 22mm, and its great.
