Need help on GP rims
Found this site, love the rims always have. Shipping is through the roof but $500.00 for 4 is not bad. Lighter than my S-Heavies will show off my new calipers and rotors what do you guys think. Anyone ever deal with them ? 1 year corrosion sounds scary but they will never see the winter. I just love the rim..... have a triple pure silver that will soon see viper stripes and a few mods to include Alta CAI..................

Well, they definitely look like GP rims, but you should get the JCW center caps to make them look more authentic.
Also, they are 17s and the GP wheels are 18s. Personally though, I prefer the 17s anyway.
And too bad they did not enhance them any by going to a 7.5" width. Still, a decent price and they look great.

I saw those rims too. I was ready to order as they look killer. But then I thought I would get accused of trying to look like a gp. see. I have had red morrors on my dark silver S since 2003. Even with that people accuse me of trying to look GP. I put those rims on and I would really get it. But what if I paint my top red. Humm. Gp's don' t have red tops. maybe then I could do it.
I just like those 4 spokes. they really look retro in a sort of way.

No the lugs are plastic covers and the stickers I pulled of my old rims . It does come with new MINI stickers...........1-10 ----10 I gave up a JCW GP fiber wing for these. How do you think it looks from my gallery pics ?

I have never been a big fan of the S-Lites so I think it was a great choice. And as good as a JCW wing looks, the S spoiler is nothing to laugh at. Thats why I put one on my R50. It really finishes the car's silhouette.
All in all, I think they are very clean. I wonder how much I could sell my current rims for? That might make these a good investment if i can get a good buyer.
