led turn signals

Some websites recommend a pair of load resistors for LED turn signal lights. Will it work or burn out faster if I don't get load resistors?

Get a pair of LEDS from autolumination.com
They have some on the site that have load resistors already built into them. These work great in the side marker signals. As for the front turn signals. Get a pair of white bulbs from the same site. The glass is blue, but they flash white.
