Interior/Exterior troubles please help dashboard led working then not

troubles please help dashboard led working then not
could someone give me some advice on somthing 
drivin last night put my lights and the heater between hot and cold lights did not come on
also the fan number one setting was dim .. i taped the the button it came on sound like its shorting
could somone get back to me do i need to remove the pillars ?
