Xenon retrofit w/o washer or leveling?
I'm interested to know if the halogen wiring harness will plug in to the xenon wiring harness to at least power the lights? Irregardless of the leveling and washer function.
Yes, I know it may be against the law to not have leveling. Also, I heave read I will need a resistor to lower the volts to 12 from 14 to avoid flickering upon start.
I have retrofitted a 1996 Porsche and a 2010 Camaro with OEM xenons. Please do not tell me I have finally met my match with the mighty mini (2008 MCS)?

It sounds like you have. I guess a few different folks have bit the bullet and bout the OEM headlights and such and at a large cost (some places it is easily $1K/side or so). I am in the final stages of finishing my retro though on my '09. I ordered projectors, Bulbs, and ballasts and put it all in on Friday. It is doable for just a few hundred bucks but you need courage, patience and a good dremeling hand. I will update you soon as I get it all pictured and written up.

I did get it all in the headlight and they work, but complete they are not. I still need to reopen the housings and rotational adjust them so that the cutoff lines are perfect and look good. I also am toying with the idea of adding some more accessories inside of the headlight before it is "complete". There is no need for a flash as it basically works like any drop-in HID kit and plugs right into the harness but instead of a rebased bulb to be H13 I chose the D2S stock type of bulb.

I know, but I have been dragging me feet. These type of things are fun to brag about but are a pain to write up and show in detail. I promise I will get something together soon.

Did you reprogram the vehicle to accept the different power requirements of the Xenon lights versus the halogens?
The flikering is the ballast not receiving the correct amount of electrical power; that power reduction will ruin the ballasts.

Not sure if anyone can answer my question, but I too am looking to replace the stock halogens with OEM Bi-Xenon's. I am not looking to install the auto- leveling or washers either.
I have the ability to re-flash the car, so would dropping in the new lights and re-flashing the car eliminate the flickering or would resistors still be required? Does the re-flash tell the car to provide the appropriate amount of power to the ballasts?
