Interior/Exterior Swapping the MC Front Bumper Cover for the MCS

Hi Gang...
I checked the search but couldn't find anything...has anyone swapped the front air dam / bumper cover from a cooper using a cooper s cover / air dam?
If there is a step by step that you kowof could you provide a link?
My dealer offered me a mcs cover for 100.00 and i figured since I'm gona do the areo grill I would change the whole front out.
