Interior/Exterior 2005 Headlight Retro Fit: Morimoto Mini H1's

Ahhhh, I see. So the relay harness only really needs one H7 input? I'm guessing you just need to plug the male H7 harness plug into one of the female H7 low beam sockets in the headlight.
The system gets power from the battery post, and you need to ground it yourself. Where did you end up getting your ground?
From there, the ballasts get power, then you route the powered ballast leads into the back of the headlight low beam cover with one of those nifty grommets.
Did I just get that right, or should I not be looking at threads like this while in my Corporations class? xD

Got some projectors in today. They come with shrouds. The shrouds have the attachment for the ccfl "angel eyes".
Here are some pics:
I'll put some output shots tomorrow. I want to go out to a flat wall and really show the cut off, off. There is excellent color at cut off on these.
I'm thinking $90 shipped to your door. I have 5 sets.

Awesome write up. It's a project I started but got held up.
I was wondering if you have the dimensions of the Morimoto projectors?
I originally started the project with ebay housings, but dumped it and was planning on using the facelifted headlights and going from there.
I have the Lexus RX-AFS/TSX lens setup, d2s phillips, a 35w and a 55w kit with the harness adapters (though I know the 55w is overkill) that I purchased almost two years ago.
TIA.

Kenshin,
Thanks! Here are the dimensions for the morimoto mini H1:
DIMENSIONS
Max Depth:
136mm (5.35" inches)
Max Height
70mm (2.75 inches)
Max Width
80mm (3.14 inches)
Lens Diameter
2.5 inches
I LOVE the RX and TSX set up. I had some TSX projectors and they are just really large and almost too large for this car. the reason being is space behind the headlight and how you will seal up the light. Let me know if I can help.
