I dont think so to be honest. The rear wing has three different angles of attack but I dont think you will get much under 60 mph.We were using the middle setting for the trip to vegas and back and above 70 it started to feel more stable . I will crank it all the way up for canyon running but dont really expect much except on perhaps long sweepers but we will see .

Downforce is proportional to speed, or in other words, the speed of the air relative to the car. The faster you are going, the more dramatic the air resistance on the car. As Randy mentioned, you don't feel much until after 60-70mph naturally. This isn't a mod for the streets as downforce is negligible until at least 40mph anyway.

I saw this in person during the Vegas weekend. It looks very cool. It's almost a must have if you have the CF rear wing on the car. It helps round out the whole package. BTW, thank you Peter for the test ride in your car Saturday night...love that accelleration, and I LOVE those brakes!! especially the odor, after a quick decelleration, wafting into the car up from the warmed brakes!

Bitchin' kit, Peter.
I think this is extremely nice. Only one ques. regarding is it for the track or street. My area has lots of hills and poor access to driveways. Therefore with my standard bumper and spoiler, I frequently scrape unless I take a radical entry/departure angle. How much lower does it ride than stock?

If i can answer based on my own experiences so far . The piece attaches to the bottom of the front lip and makes it about 1/4 inch lower. SO far I have not hit the actual splitter once and I have 1200 miles on it now. My car is lowered 1.5 inches and my drive way is a pretty good test for contact. What hits on my car a lot and most likely yours as well is that little two inch flap about 9 inches back from the lip under the car. I actually wore mine out and it was only 15.00 to replace and took about 15 min. In the 24,000 miles i have put on the car I only hit the actual lip once . The splitter extends out at most 3 inches and it is straight out not angled down any significant amount. Were you will hit it is going to be on a curb or tall parking stop. That is what I am really concentrating on. In vegas out hotel had some wicked speed bumps and I never made contact with the splitter but hit that under piece ever time. Hope this helps you out, Randy

Those speed bumps are crazy in their parking lot!! When I rode with Peter, we approached them quite quickly and even with the nose dipping slightly due to quick decelleration, I cannot recall the splitter hitting them....
