R56 Pulsar Brake Light Flasher - Install
I installed the GoMINIGo Pulsar on my 2003 MCS. I just searched for an install for my 2007, and didn't find one.
I e-mailed them to verify it works on the R56. If it's a go, and I pull the trigger, will post pictures.

I installed it on my 07 and it works. Be sure to verify where the unit will fit on the plastic housing (attaches with two faced tape supplied). I cut my wires too close to the light itself and the pulsar unit gets in the way of the mounting hole on the plastic. Should have cut closer to where the existing wires come out of the car body and spliced in there. Hope this makes sense. Basically, lay it out where you will attach the pulsar unit to the plasic before cutting.

Pulsar Installation For Dummies
I don't do this sort of thing for a living, so hope this helps others like myself.
The instructions that come with the Pulsar need clarification.
Another tool to have is small scissors (or an Xacto knife) to cut back the cloth tape on the wires. Also, a tool designed for wiring that crimps the straight connectors.
Taking off the trim, start in the middle and work towards the ends, there are four snap-ins. Just grab under the edges, don't need any tools.

Cut wires at least 1/2" past the snap-in.
Since I'm going to the effort to install this, I changed the Jumper J3 to "L" for maximum effect.
In my case, the yellow wire is the power (brown is ground).
I was concerned about clearance space, so stuck it as shown. If anyone successfully placed it between the 2 left snap-ins, let us know!

On the same topic, got the GoMINIGo Pulsar installed on my R56 but I cut the wire too short to the plug inserted into the 3rd breaklight. I managed a way to fix it but was wondering whether anyone know if you can get the plug? A link to a website or part number would be greatful!
I called the dealer about something else, parts department dude did a screenshot of the parts "book" and e-mailed me while on the phone. If your dealer won't/can't, tell them Scottsdale did.

You asking about this, Can I convert rear fog lights into clear backup??
Otherwise, any dealer wouldn't carry the Pulsar, go to link on my first post.

I successfully installed the Pulsar in my '06 JCW and it works. However, I too would like to maximize the pulsing as it's very short right now- maybe 4 blinks. I've read the directions over and over and looked at the unit over and over and still can't figure out how to "jump" or change the J3 Jumper to "L". Is there a simple explanation or directions that explain how to do this? Or do I need to call GominiGo?

It's been awhile since I did this........ the instructions are a bit difficult to decipher. For one, the drawing in the instructions seems to be upsidedown. The part is marked, but need a magnifying glass to see the letters. The 'jumper' is like a plug, be careful with tweezers, can break the plastic lip. There are 3 prongs on the circuit board, simply pull the 'jumper' and skip over a spot, then push back on.

It worked! I see now that the "jumper" is the little black "box". I was able to use the tweezers (good suggestion btw) like a wedge to get under the bottom edge of the little box and push it up enough I could get my fat fingers on it. The tweezers were too slick so wouldn't grab the box. But it slid off easily- I moved it over to the empty pin near the "L" along with the second pin and just slid it back on. Very easy. All works perfect now. Many thanks. The little tips sure help a lot. Now it's on to the "black plug" (sounds ominous) to make it into a running light and brake light. Not going to go the fog light route. Many thanks again.
