Someone had a link to a supplier, and I saw that they
were selling magnetic stone guards to go where the
wheel protectors meet the running board. They were
black plastic like the MINI pieces. What site was that?

I've looked everywhere, and I can't for the life of me
find them again. (I did find some large "pointy" ones
on mossmini, but these were more compact.)

Help me... anyone?

I think you have seen the "Magnetic Stone Guards" They are a MINI Factory accessory, and Moss shows them in their newest catalog. I like mine..

I have magnetic bonnet stripes on my IB/W for about a month now. I noticed that there are a lot of fine scratches around the area where the stripes was on. Now, I have to buff out the scratches and put on the real stick-on stripes instead.

Perhaps the scratches might not be as visible on a lighter color car.
